Celebrating an Inspiring Leader

We are proud to share that Stacy Gatto, Executive Director of The Village on Morehead, has been named an honoree for the Charlotte Ledger 40 Over 40 Awards, recognizing outstanding leaders making a meaningful impact in our community.

Stacy’s passion, leadership and dedication to creating an exceptional experience for our members truly embody what this recognition represents.

She will be celebrated and receive an award at the 40 Over 40 Awards Celebration on Thursday, April 23, and we couldn’t be more proud!

Jo Dee Archetti has joined The Village on Morehead as Sales Counselor

Jo Dee has an extensive background in senior living sales, operations and move management. Before joining The Village on Morehead team, she served as Sales Operations Manager at Erickson Senior Living’s Windsor Run campus, where she supported unit reservations, sales functions and move coordination.

Jo Dee’s background also includes leadership roles where she led large teams, managed complex logistics and supported the opening of 15 senior living buildings across multiple markets. Her expertise lies in guiding seniors and families through major transitions with a focus on safety, efficiency and an exceptional resident experience.

She is a Credentialed Professional Organizer (NAPO) and a Certified Senior Move Manager (NASMM) and has been actively involved with the Charlotte Walk to End Alzheimer’s for several years and has served as the event’s Co-Chair. Deeply motivated by service, Jo Dee finds purpose in helping older adults navigate change with confidence and care.

Jo Dee lives in Charlotte with her husband Greg and their two children, Ellis and Kaya.

📚✨ Resident Spotlight: Patricia Joslin ✨📚

At The Village on Morehead, our community is filled with inspiring individuals, including resident Patricia Joslin. Originally from southern Wisconsin, Patricia raised her family in Minnesota before making Charlotte her home.

A former educator with a passion for lifelong learning and volunteerism, Patricia published her debut poetry collection, I’ll Buy Flowers Again Tomorrow, in 2023. Since then, her work has appeared in several literary journals.

Patricia also loves to travel, often embarking on solo journeys that provide the immersive experiences that inspire her poetry. When she’s not writing or exploring new places, she enjoys spending time with her four energetic grandsons.

Her belief that every stage of life holds its own magic shines through both her poetry and her commitment to community service.
