FCT Team #5 in Northwest Arkansas had a great time putting their new Mountain Home office to use during in person Team /Skills Lab .The team collaborated on creative interventions and engaging icebreakers to strengthen their work with families.

Because they serve youth ages 0–18 and their families, a major focus was ensuring activities are developmentally appropriate, inclusive, and engaging across all ages. The goal is always to bring meaningful, hands-on /experiential interventions into the homes that support connection, growth, and lasting skill-building.

This team is deeply committed to helping families learn, practice, and apply new, healthy ways of interacting—and that intentionality continues to drive the important work they do every day!

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month—a time to raise awareness and strengthen the supports that keep children safe. At SPARC, we are committed to strengthening families and supporting children through education, advocacy, and compassionate care—not just this month, but every day. Through our child services programs like MORES, FCT, and SBMH, we work alongside families to build stability, connection, and resilience. “Through our adult services such as ACT, CST, and PSS, we help stabilize parental figures and strengthen families—supporting safer, healthier environments for children. Through TCM, we partner with families to coordinate services, navigate systems of care, and connect them to resources that support stability and well-being.
