🚨 Read this eye-opener by Novant Health: *“Cardiac arrest: It’s deadlier than a heart attack.”* ([Novant Health][1])
Here’s the gist:
• A **heart attack** = blocked blood flow to the heart. ([www.heart.org][2])
• A **cardiac arrest** = heart stops pumping suddenly, no warning. ([Novant Health][1])
• More than 1,000 folks a day in the U.S. suffer cardiac arrest outside hospital, and survival depends a *lot* on how fast someone acts. ([Novant Health][1])
• If you can, learning CPR + knowing where the nearest AED is could literally save someone’s life.

Just wanted to share because sometimes we hear “heart problem” and lump everything together — this shows how different and urgent things can be. If you’re up for it, maybe look into CPR training or check if your workplace/public spots have an AED. ❤️
