On this , we're sharing a fun exercise that can help you get back in the present moment and add a little more color to your day!

Start by taking a few deep belly breaths. Bring your attention to something RED. Notice the details. How does it feel? What kinds of sounds do you hear? How might it taste? Engage your 5 senses to notice each element, without judgment. Now repeat with the remaining colors of the rainbow.

Store this skill in your self care toolbox anytime you need a reset!
