It’s true… a Pumpkin Spice Latte tastes pretty great.
But then there’s that double-take moment when you hear how much sugar is in it.
A grande has about 50 grams of sugar (that’s 12 teaspoons!).
No wonder it sends your blood sugar on a WILD roller-coaster ride.
That’s too much sugar for anyone
This Golden Hour Pumpkin Latte gives you all the warm fall vibes of a PSL without all that added sugar.
It’s creamy, spiced just right, and (yes) it’s still sweet!
Golden Hour Pumpkin Latte
(Serves 1)
¾ cup (180 ml) unsweetened almond or oat milk
¼ cup (60 ml) brewed coffee or espresso
2 Tbsp pumpkin purée
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (or to taste)
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: collagen peptides or adaptogenic mushroom blend
In a small saucepan, warm the milk, pumpkin, and spices over medium heat (don’t boil).
Add to a blender with coffee, sweetener, oil, and any optional add-ins.
Blend for 20–30 seconds until creamy + frothy.
Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.
