Carolina Center for Recovery and Charlotte Detox is a family-owned, fully accredited dual-diagnosis center in Charlotte, NC, offering a full continuum of care for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We are dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their journey to lasting recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. Our programs meet people wherever they are, offering a full continuum of care, including:
- Medically Supervised Detox
- Residential Treatment
- PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program)
- IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program)
- Family Program
- Alumni Program

Our experienced team of clinicians and staff provide individualized treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and behavioral aspects of recovery. We focus on building a strong foundation for long-term success through therapy, life skills development, relapse prevention, and a supportive community environment.
