Yesterday we joined my father with the Oconaluftee River per his wishes on my mom’s 70th bday. I felt him in the air, in the river and in my heart so deeply. Thanks, Dad, for bringing us to this beautiful place to celebrate you. Now... go catch a fish 💚💚💚

I said goodbye to my first Best Friend, Bill Frenzel, on Thursday 1/30/2020.
Dad, thank you for your unconditional love, your constant encouragement and your unwavering support throughout my life. You taught me that perseverance and resilience are the most potent and lasting forms of strength, that humor is sometimes the best medicine and that time spent with someone you love is more valuable than money.
