It is with an extremely heavy heart that I regret to inform you all of the passing of Dr Bob.

He absolutely loved coming to see all of you & I thank you all for showing Bob all the love he deserved. He came from abuse and I promised him a better life & you all helped me provide that to him. He was one of a kind and a loss that will be extremely tough to get past.

He was excited every day to load into the car to come see you all & I loved watching him circulate every day.

Fly high sweet boy, you will be missed.

A very common issue we see in the practice is shoulder pain. Shoulders tend to be very imbalanced with the strongest & most use muscles on the front of the shoulder. Most people with tendonitis & bursitis have this exact imbalance. Based on the motions in this video, they are movements we don't often use in daily life so you must incorporate them in.
