below are my abbreviated notes of a workshop series that I offered in 2015 that seems to be coming back around in my heart and soul in a refreshed, reviewed, revised and radiant way! Let me know if this strikes a cord of curiosity within you!

Each week will have a theme which will serve as the focus of the class. Classes will be a unique combination of asana/movement, breath work, discussion, meditation/visualization, soul exploration exercises, SoulWriting and intimate conversation. Participants will also receive weekly handouts, inspiration and playwork/practices.
