The "Silicone Practice Scalp" designed and manufactured by Patrick Tafoya, facilitates new hair transplant technician in training to practice “placing grafts” into a specially designed silicone scalp.

"Silicone Dissecting Strips" are designed to be dissected under a binocular microscope into appropriate sized grafts that can be "implanted" into the practice silicone scalp. These training tools allows unlimited instruction and practice time without the risk of trauma to live tissue.

"Silicone Slivering Strips" are designed to practice slivering from a standard strip preventing the potential risk of damage or transecting hair shafts in "live" tissue.

The Ergo-Scope, designed by Patrick Tafoya, is an ergonomic microscope with an binocular microscope lens headpiece for the dissection of grafts. Increasingly, more hair technicians are experiencing discomfort and injuries caused by poor body positioning during dissection. This microscope is designed to comply with the dissector’s natural body position to help prevent pain, exhaustion and potential injuries. It is also made of a non-porous high density plastic to resist deterioration and cross contamination. The Ergo-Scope will help increase your hair technician’s productivity through comfort and renewed energy.
