Pediatric Urology Associates is happy to announce the launch of virtual patient visits. We are doing out best to innovate during these challenging times. Virtual visits will allow us to bring care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. The virtual visits cannot be done for every diagnosis and as always we are still available in the office to see these patients.
We would like to remind each and every one of you to continue to stay at home, practice social distancing, hand washing and wear a mask in public in order to protect yourself and others. We can get through this together if we all do our part.

We hope that all of our patients and their families are staying home and staying safe during this challenging time. Although we have been limiting our office hours and staff in order to minimize everyone's exposure to the coronavirus, we are still available for our patients 24/7.
Additionally we are still available for new parents who wish to have their infants circumcised either in the hospital or in our office. We feel that this is a time sensitive procedure that is best to do early. If performed later it can require outpatient surgery that would utilize valuable operating room resources that will be in high demand after the ban on elective surgeries is lifted in a couple of months.
To ensure the safety of our staff and patients we have implemented procedures in order to minimize everyone's potential coronavirus exposure. We have eliminated our waiting room by having patients go directly to their exam room to check in. Additionally we have begun limiting the number patients that we will book and limiting the number of accompanying family members to two. We will see no patients or family members who are sick with a fever or URI symptoms or known exposure to coronavirus. Furthermore, we thoroughly disinfect the exam rooms between patients.
Please be patient with us during this difficult time. We wish everyone the best of health and best of luck. Pediatric Urology Associates continues to be here for you if you need us.

Due to the developing concerns regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Pediatric Urology Associates will be following the recommendations of the CDC and limiting visits to urgent and emergent visits only. This will go into effect on Tuesday March 16th. This limited schedule will be in place for the next two weeks at which time we will re-evaluate the situation. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause but it is correct course of action in order to help protect our staff, the community and the weakest among us who are at the greatest risk. We wish everyone the best of health in these uncertain times.

Pediatric Urology Associate would like to congratulate our Dr. Joe Fox for successfully passing his oral urology board examination on his first attempt. After four years of medical school, five years of residency, two years of fellowship and two years in practice he is now board certified! Congratulations Dr. Fox! A job well done!
