We’re down to four tickets for the Pajama Day Party.

And in a couple of weeks, registration will officially close.

I don’t say that with pressure.

I say it with reverence.

Because this isn’t just an event.

It’s a room.

A room where women stop performing.
A room where worship isn’t rushed.
A room where you don’t have to be the strong one for a few hours.

If your spirit has been whispering,
“I need that kind of space…”

This is your moment.

Once these four seats are filled, the room is set.

And in a couple of weeks, the doors close.

April 11, 2026.

Don’t talk yourself out of what you know you need.

At a recent conference with first responders, I shared part of my CLARITY framework the “C.”

C is for Connect.

Not to your phone.
Not to your role.
Not to what everyone else needs.

To yourself.

Because stress isn’t dangerous just because it exists.
It becomes dangerous when it goes unnoticed.

So I asked them:

“What does stress look like for you?”

Not the dramatic version.
The quiet one.

Is it snapping quicker than usual?
Feeling numb when you know you care?
Being tired but still pushing?
Working harder so you don’t have to feel?

Then I asked one question that changed the room:

What are you carrying today that didn’t start today?

That’s when it gets honest.

Because most of us aren’t breaking from today.

We’re breaking from everything we never admitted felt heavy.

Connection isn’t just awareness.

It’s having the courage to say,
“This is heavy.”

And even more courage to begin releasing what was never yours to carry alone.

That’s not weakness.

That’s strength learning how to breathe.

Let’s tell the truth for 20 seconds.

You answer first.
You stay steady.
You carry what others drop.

Being dependable is admirable… until it becomes automatic.
Being unshakeable is impressive… until no one asks how you’re actually doing.

You’re the one people lean on.
But who do you lean on?

Strength without boundaries isn’t leadership.
It’s slow self-abandonment.

Let me encourage you.

You don’t get extra credit for suffering quietly.
You just get tired in places no one can see.

And here’s the part we don’t say out loud:

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stop proving you’re strong.

The real flex?

Strength that knows when to sit down.
Strength that knows when to say, “Not today.”
Strength that protects its own capacity.

Ladies… 👑✨

I am SO excited to see this.

Eventbrite is officially showing “Few Tickets Left.”

My heart is full watching this room fill up. Seeing women say yes to themselves, to rest, to joy, to God; it never gets old.

But here’s what you need to know:

⏳ In exactly 4 weeks, ticket sales will close.
No extensions. No last-minute adds. When we close the room, it’s set.

Pajama Day Party 2026 is almost at capacity, and I don’t want you messaging me saying,
“Michelle, are there any seats left?”

This is your 3-hour reset.
Your laughter.
Your sacred exhale.
Your sisterhood moment.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time,” this is it.

🎟️ Grab your ticket now while a few are still available and before sales officially close in 4 weeks.

I cannot wait to see you in your PJs, ready to rest, reconnect, and rise. 💖✨

👇 Secure your seat now.

Self-care is not just a pedicure.

It’s not spa music.
It’s not candles and a cute aesthetic.

Self-care is saying no without a paragraph attached.

It’s leaving the meeting when your body says “enough.”

It’s not answering every call just because you can.

It’s forgiving yourself for what you didn’t know back then.

It’s protecting your peace like it’s part of your calling.

Pedicures are nice.

But real self-care?

It’s boundaries.
It’s alignment.
It’s choosing yourself without apology.

Take care of you.

Without explaining.
Without shrinking.
Without guilt.

The first PJ Party with my sisters. 🤍

We didn’t know exactly what it would become.

We just knew God said move.

From that first gathering to now… it feels like He keeps taking us higher.

More depth.
More impact.
More surrender.
More fire in the room.

And now we’re down to about 10 tickets for this one.

What started as a simple yes has become a sacred space.

A room where women lay down the pressure.
A room where God meets us.
A room that shifts something.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this might be your moment.

It’s beautiful to look back.

But it’s powerful to move forward.

God is doing something here.

And the room this year?
It’s going to be fire. 🔥

Still reflecting on what an amazing experience it was speaking at the BOW Conference. Grateful for the opportunity to share, connect, and be in a room filled with leaders who are doing meaningful work and showing up with purpose.

The conversations, the energy, and the openness in the room reminded me why these spaces matter so much. There is something powerful about leaders coming together not just to perform, but to grow, recharge, and lead with greater clarity.

Thank you to the organizers for creating such an impactful event and to everyone who engaged, shared feedback, and leaned into the conversation. Truly an honor to be part of it.

Hey Facebook Family, I need your help for this last one.

I’m working on another presentation, and I’m struggling with the subject and title.
Which title or subject do you think would be best:

1) When the Giver Has Nothing Left to Give.
2) Why Self-Care Isn’t Saving High-Achieving Women.
3) Church Culture and Burnout in Leadership.
4) What Happens When 'What Stays in the House' Starts Hurting the People in It.

I can talk all day about them all, but I really want to hear your opinion as it matters greatly.
Which one grabs your attention?

Let me say this plainly.

Being a person of faith does not mean being exhausted for God.

Somewhere along the way, many of us started equating holiness with overextension.

Always available.
Always fixing.
Always the strong one.
Always saying yes.

But Jesus rested.

He withdrew from crowds.
He didn’t heal every person in one day.
He didn’t respond to every demand immediately.

And He is not asking you to either.

You don’t get extra grace for running yourself into the ground.

You don’t get bonus favor for ignoring your limits.

Rest is not rebellion.

Boundaries are not selfish.

Forgiveness is not weakness.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is stop…
forgive what needs forgiving…
release what isn’t yours…
and walk forward with purpose.

This season is not about proving how much you can carry.

It’s about becoming who God is shaping you to be.

Move differently.

Walk lighter.

And stop apologizing for protecting your peace.

Hey Facebook Family,

Friends, I need your help for a minute.

I’m working on a special presentation, and I’m sitting with the title.

If you saw this on a big stage, which one would make you stop and listen?

1) Burnout Isn’t a Breakdown. It’s a Boundary Crisis
2) Strong, Silent, and Suffering: The Burden of Black Excellence and Emotional Suppression
3) Dancing Through Pain: Finding Joy and Therapy in Unexpected Places
4) The Cost of Being the Strong One

I know which direction I’m leaning… but I really want to hear your gut reaction.

Which one pulls you in?

Had a great coffee meeting with Dr. Matthew Mundorf from Catalyst Chiropractic here in Charlotte.

I always value connecting with professionals who are truly committed to helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.

I also had the chance to see the office, and it is a beautiful, welcoming space.

It definitely reflects a premium level of service and patient experience.

In addition to chiropractic care, they also offer deep needle therapy and massage services, creating a well-rounded approach to wellness and recovery.

If you’re in the Charlotte area and have been considering chiropractic or therapeutic care, I encourage you to check out Catalyst Chiropractic.

Ladies…

We are down to about 13 tickets before the Pajama Day Party is officially sold out.

And this one feels sacred.

This is not about noise.
Not about networking.
Not about performing.

This is for us to exhale.

To breathe deeply.

To sit in a room where you don’t have to hold everything together.

To reconnect with God slowly.
Honestly.
Without being needed by anyone for a few hours.

If your spirit has been whispering, “I need this”…

This is your invitation.

When these last seats are filled, the room is set.

If you know you’re supposed to be there, don’t wait.

Grab your seat with the link below:

Come rest.
Come receive.

I cannot wait to see what God does in this room. 🤍
