We are conveniently located on the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center campus in the Elizabeth neighborhood, near uptown Charlotte. We understand that weight loss is a personal journey. We can help you get started by assessing your health and taking into account your lifestyle and your past weight-loss struggles. We will support you medically and emotionally as you move toward your weight-loss goals.
