Today we’re making a powerful mindset shift: change “I have to” into “I get to.”

That small change turns obligations into opportunities and reminds us to focus on gratitude instead of pressure.

Last night I shifted from thinking “I have to work this event after school” to “I get to spend time with coworkers, motivate young ladies, and build the culture of my community”. The night turned into a wonderful opportunity for sparkly connections.✨🙌🏻

💡 Try this today:

1️⃣ Catch yourself saying “I have to” and pause.
2️⃣ Rephrase it to “I get to.”
3️⃣ Add a reason you’re grateful for it.
