Daisy Studio Rhonda began teaching writing in 1994 and yoga in 2013. She is a certified English Teacher and Yoga Therapist. and occasionally in Mount Holly and Charlotte.

We offer creative writing, writing for healing, art, therapeutic yoga, aerial yoga, yoga wall, slow flow, flow, deep stretch, gentle, prenatal, and teacher training in Kings Mountain, NC and online. She teaches creative writing (fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry), writing for healing, mindful art, therapeutic yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, mommy and baby yoga, aerial yoga, yoga wall, yoga for anxiety and trauma, meditation, yoga hiking, yoga for athletes, restorative yoga, yin, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), and deep stretch.
