Angelic Touch Sports & Therapeutic Massage (ATSTM) focuses on the health and well being of athletes as well as the general population. The purpose of Angelic Touch Sports & Therapeutic Massage is to provide an overall well-being improving functional mobility, increasing ROM for optimal performance, and to provide stress relief and relaxation among our clients. With a background in the Exercise Sport Science Field, this service mainly focuses its attention to athletes by offering sport massage/sports therapy. Also, having experience in physical therapy as well, has led me to believe that incorporating sports/deep tissue massage into my treatments will promote a better recovery of various sports injuries in athletes. While administering pain/injury management for pre/post workouts, I believe these services will offer a natural approach to better health.
