MOVEMENT WITH FORTRESS — ROM.29
This month’s recovery of the month (ROM) will focus on the lower shoulders & mid-back
Perform 2-4 cycles of:
📌 10 Child’s pose repeated rotations (5 R/L)
📌 10 Alternating scorpion taps (5 R/L)
📌 20-30” Single arm downdog hold R/L
