This month’s recovery of the month (ROM) will focus on the lower shoulders & mid-back
Perform 2-4 cycles of:

📌 10 Child’s pose repeated rotations (5 R/L)

📌 10 Alternating scorpion taps (5 R/L)

📌 20-30” Single arm downdog hold R/L

The intention of these ROMs are to provide you with some thoughtful, progression routines so you can instill more recovery practices into your health, wellness & fitness pathways

HAVE A PLAN BEHIND THE PLAN
Based from previous experience, I now know what it feels like to lack direction without a clear plan in place
Now, when I know that I have a planned trip coming up, I challenge myself to adhere to my plan as close as possible
Consistency feels good
So sticking to a plan during travels can create the consistency carryover for better habits for myself
