Dizziness is not a normal thing to experience
Sometimes dizziness episodes can be due to side effects from medications
While other dizziness experiences can be from an imbalance of the crystals inside our ears
Or even an eye-brain “faulty” connection
Today’s episode will explore one of the most common types of dizziness, or vertigo, one may experience — BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo)

And, giving our bodies an environment to “dip back into” with ease again
Our body loves it when there’s a constant flow of BLOOD traveling through our tissues .
And, after a weekend of being thrown off of our normal routines, the best practice [or medicine] to give ourselves is BLOOD FLOW

Rather than immediately diving back into the high intensity, prescribed weights & high volume work
I challenge you into trying a different “return to routine” approach
Such as mono-structural conditioning or full-bodyweight movement patterns within a time frame of 60-90 minutes
PRACTICE RESTRAINTS to not immediately return to high intensity, prescribed weights & high volume work
I promise you, if you promote continuous movement of constant BLOOD FLOW, your body will thank you for it!
