Doing the non-sexy stuff matters
It’s the tiny, boring movements that will stack up over time to move your tissues’ capacity to another level
Carving out the time to work on tiny improvements is where wins will happen

The only way to make it “harder” is to reveal your awareness to the small cracks within your foundations
Then filling those cracks with the appropriate medicine
It doesn’t happen in a single dose
Rather, it happens when consistent doses are administered appropriately
It’s time to quit living in a state of “weakness”
And to begin to teach your body’s tissues to make it harder for yourself to breakdown

MENTORSHIP - FIND THE PATTERNS
Serving as a mentor to other fellow physiotherapists (PT) has taught me to enhance my patience
Personally, I had no idea what I was doing at the beginning of my solo business ownership pathway
But, I did know there was a major gap between injury & the functional fitness spectrum
The more I observed & was able to identify this gap, the more engraved Fortress Physical Therapy’s purpose was all about

Having my own mentor guide me through this process to FIND THE PATTERNS has taught me to ask better questions

A mentor who can help you identify the simple…but better
