🦃💐 A big thank you to Lindsey from Oopsey Danesy Floral Boutique for coming today to make these adorable turkey arrangements with us!
She has been bringing her beautiful floral-arranging workshops to our community for the last few months, and it’s safe to say she’s officially a resident favorite. Our residents love the creativity, the colors, and the joyful conversations that bloom right along with the flowers.
We’re so grateful to have her as part of our monthly activities! 💐💛

🌟 Massage Therapists: Let’s Team Up!

We are hoping to find a licensed massage therapist who would be interested in visiting our assisted living facilities on a regular (possibly monthly) basis.
For the safety and well-being of our residents, the individual must:

-Be properly licensed
-Be able to pass a background check

🍂Weekend Craft Fun at Hope Landing!✨

Today our residents created the most beautiful fall art pieces! We glued half foam pumpkins onto sparkly canvases, then added colorful faux flowers to bring each one to life. The creativity and smiles were absolutely priceless! 🍁🌼

A huge shoutout and thank you to Jordan and Amari for going above and beyond — taking extra time out of their weekend to prep, set up, and lead this activity completely unscheduled. Your kindness, teamwork, and dedication made this project possible and truly special for our residents. 🧡

🍲 Supper at Hope Landing: The Spooky Fun Continues! 👻

Our kitchen crew wasn’t done yet…

Tonight’s meal came with even more Halloween creativity — and just as much heart and flavor! On the menu:

🕷️ Potato soup bread bowls transformed into little spider cauldrons with breadstick legs
🎃 Jack-o’-lantern hand pies, baked to golden perfection
🥗 Festive salad topped with ghost-shaped mozzarella and pumpkin-cut carrots
🍌 “Boo-nanas” for a sweet and spooky touch

Once again, everything made from scratch, thoughtfully arranged, and served with smiles. We are so grateful for our kitchen team and the way they pour creativity and care into everything they do.

We are looking forward to seeing you all for Trick-or-Treating very soon! 🍬👻

🎃 A Spooktacular Lunch at Hope Landing! 👻

Today’s Halloween-themed lunch was nothing short of magical — from the glowing centerpieces and festive decor to the adorable jack-o’-lantern stuffed peppers, mashed potato “ghosts,” eyeball meatballs, pumpkin oranges, and dirt cake cups complete with cookie tombstones and candy bones. Every detail was crafted with care, creativity, and a lot of love.

A huge shoutout to our incredible kitchen crew who poured in extra hours this week to make it all happen. Every dish was made completely from scratch — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Their dedication to making our residents feel celebrated and special does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for their heart and hard work.

Our residents were smiling, laughing, and soaking it all in — and we hope you enjoy a peek into today through the photos below.
