(You can modify on knees)
Make sure you keep your belly button pulled towards your spine.
4x Alternating Leg Raise

Repeat 4 more times for a total of 16 push ups.
Rest 20sec

Do it again for 4 more rounds

Join us in July on the Turf. 4wk Summer Series Workout

That’s right! We are STILL working out. Saturdays outside!

Starting Saturday, July 4th in Ayrsley we will be crushing our fitness goals outdoors. Every Saturday in July 8:30am we workout together but apart. Catching sun rays and getting bountiful doses of Vitamin D while honoring and enforcing social distance. We invite you you to join us for our 4 week Summer Series Workout. This is a 45 min Total Body Workout. Please bring your mat, water and all your effort. Share with you family and friends and let’s SWEAT!
