Thank you for all the generous donations and purchases from the bake sale from Breast Cancer Awareness week. Thanks to you guys,$525 is getting donated to the Buddy Kemp house of the Greater Metrolina area!!!! Every penny is appreciated!!!!

Republicans in the House passed the “American Health Care Act” last month and now Republicans in the Senate are working on passing a very similar bill. Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn has said the Senate bill will likely keep 80 percent of what is in the House bill.
Seen enough? Call (313) 528-6780 to oppose the American Health Care Act and tell your Senator to put a stop to this bill, now.
The House bill raises the cost of coverage for individuals by as much as $10,000 a year and slashes Medicaid funding, which covers long-term care for low-income seniors, which is the majority of seniors and the disabled. It taxes our healthcare benefits, steals from the Medicare Trust Fund and takes health care away from 23 million people – all so millionaires, billionaires, and insurance and pharmaceutical companies can get huge tax breaks.
We need your help to defeat this bill that threatens all UAW members and their families.
Call (313) 528-6780 to be connected to your Senator. When they answer just say you’re a voter in their state, tell them where you live, and tell them to SCRAP the American Health Care Act and work with Democrats to improve health care for all Americans.
