Growing up, he watched his mother volunteer and care for older adults in the community. This deeply inspired him and sparked his passion for serving seniors. Thommia has been with Carepoint for four years, where he consistently demonstrates compassion and commitment to his clients. When not at work, Thommia has a passion for mentoring families with autistic children, inspired by his own journey with his son.

Carepoint is proud to recognize Estela Martinez, HCA as our Caregiver of the Month! Estela is originally from Michigan but has also lived in Texas prior to settling in Charlotte, NC. She has 4 children and 5 grandchildren, who she loves spending time with. Estela has been a caregiver since 1999 and has been with Carepoint for almost 5 years. She considers it a privilege to care for such amazing clients over the years. Building meaningful bonds with each client brings her great joy.
