With over 11 years of experience as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, I redirected my focus from relaxation to injury recovery. I have successfully utilized kinesiology tape to reduce pain, protect muscles, and promote lymph and blood flow. I applied this technique to my son's AC joints and deltoids before a wrestling competition. I plan to incorporate massage cups and my vibration plate into his recovery regimen.

It's crucial to acknowledge that Massage Therapy can sometimes require significant physical exertion from the provider. I burn approximately 348 to 518 calories during Deep Tissue and Sports Massage sessions that range from 90 minutes to 2 hours, as recorded by my Oura Ring app. It's worth mentioning that my average resting heart rate is 53 BPM.💪🏿 💆🏿‍♂️💆🏻‍♂️💆🏾‍♀️💆‍♀️
