Reminder that next Monday February 2nd will begin the schedule overhaul at the studio. I emailed everyone yesterday in the event you needed to be reminded of your new time slot(s) so double check if you have not.

This was mostly sorted out back in October.

I feel the odd work hours and lack of sleep more so today than 2012 when the studio opened and long past due to prioritize better sleeping habits going forward.

New stuff has arrived today. Collars are out and ready to go but I may not be able to set the lateral raise attachment up until Friday night. Have a out of the normal website SEO call that will push my workout time back by an hour so might not get to it tmrw. We'll see. Either way, will be most definetly ready to go for Monday

Recently started using the calf raise piece on the leg press to elevate heels a bit more during use along with pushing the pad a bit more upright. Trying to get as much knee bend as possible to target quads with no hip discomfort and very limited tail tuck. This setup is currently working. Fairly narrow stance, slow descent, short pause, etc to try to keep everything in place mechanically.

This setup made knees a little achy last week but no real ache today. Prob more so due to me being out on vacation for a week. This is why I suggest keeping exercises in rotation for a good bit of time to lock in what movements feel best and what setup may be best for that movement.

I liked these enough that I bought two more pairs of these Titan collars. 3 total, 1 for monster rack, 1 for bench press...

I liked these enough that I bought two more pairs of these Titan collars. 3 total, 1 for monster rack, 1 for bench press area, 1 for deadlift platform.

That's likely it for the black friday additions. I inquired about a selectorized assisted pullup/dip machine but was ignored, considered getting rogue indy if hoist tower sold but that won't be quick, nothing else was really jumping at me this year.

Will eventually take the seates calf raise home to free up space if something catches my eye.

So will have the new lateral raise attachment in a few weeks and picked up the belt squat belt upgrade just before November. I assume these collars will be in this week or next.

Just bought the dragon fly from (released today). Will be used primarily for lateral raises and occasionally rear delt raises. Will likely store it on the back of the adonis pulldown tower in 2nd room. I usually wait to watch some reviews on things before I buy but will see how it goes this time.

It looks like it should be here by December 11th.
