To those using the RP diet app. It received an update yesterday. I'm honestly not sure what most of these changes have done, the rebalance algorithm is definetly not working any better. I emailed them a screen recording of it not working and they suggested it was working as intended 🙄

The other notable change is the redistribute macros option has been removed/changed. It may be a bit confusing but it's essentially monitoring your calorie/protein intake and seems like as long as your carbs/fats are in the proper ballpark it accepts your meal as "target met" (even if it's not)

I think that 2nd change of monitoring just protein/calories may actually be a positive change for most people but they did not explain this clearly which is why I'm posting here.

If you still want to track carbs/fats more precise you can go to settings in the app then advanced settings and toggle on the advanced mode. That will bring back your carb/fat balance.

Non-RP users ignore this cause it won't make any sense!

Reminder that next Monday February 2nd will begin the schedule overhaul at the studio. I emailed everyone yesterday in the event you needed to be reminded of your new time slot(s) so double check if you have not.

This was mostly sorted out back in October.

I feel the odd work hours and lack of sleep more so today than 2012 when the studio opened and long past due to prioritize better sleeping habits going forward.
