I’m not a skip-breakfast person, but I also don’t always have time to make a full meal in the morning.

So lately I’ve been making my coffee a little more filling by adding two scoops of protein. Each scoop has 10g of protein and just only 70 calories. I really notice a difference in how long I stay full and how steady my energy feels.

I have a sweet tooth. Ice cream is my kryptonite. So I’m always looking for a healthier substitute that fits in my plan.

Bingo!

Vanilla Oikos Pro Yogurt
1 scoop PBFit
(Combined)
Met 2 tbsp Lily’s Chocolate Chips with 1 tsp water.
Pour over the yogurt mixture and sprinkle with flat sea salt.
Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!

Simple, fast and delicious!

I love a smoothie as a filling nutrient dense snack when I’m on the go. It can even double as a mini meal.
