As a busy mom, probably think you’re eating too much.

But what I often see instead is under-eating earlier in the day.

Skipping breakfast.
Tiny lunches.
No afternoon snack.

But real life (especially mom life) doesn’t look like that.

Today I:Ate an actual lunch.Added protein to breakfast. Took a short walk

Nothing extreme. Just small habits that support sustainable weight loss.

2 hard boiled eggs
• 1 extra egg white
• ¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
• Frank’s Red Hot

Mash, mix, done.
