Welcome to our CWCS team, Willow! 💛

Willow Nohr is now accepting clients at our East Charlotte location. She takes a strengths-based and person-centered approach to therapy, as Willow believes meaningful growth begins with a supportive connection. She works with clients ages 10–40 to build coping skills, boost self-esteem, and navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions using CBT, mindfulness, and play-based techniques.

Willow's goal is to make therapy personal, practical, and empowering. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her dogs, cooking, staying active, and treasure hunting at thrift stores!

We are a small, privately owned practice located in Charlotte, NC. We currently have six female therapists on staff, with a variety of experience and specialty. We each bring something different and unique to the table. Reaching out can sometimes be the hardest, but best thing you can do for yourself.
