Good Fri-Yay! This has been a busy week!!
Many of you have your minds full of Thanksgiving 🦃& Christmas🎄thoughts, as do I. I can tell because I have gotten several calls to "spiffy up" the house 🏠before the holidays!
This week I worked on cleaning out a closet for a senior client of mine. Getting rid of very old things she will never wear again and organizing what she does use. When I was done the closet looked great and she could easily access all of her things except......
a few hours after I left her shelving, came down!! Thankfully she wasn't in the closet when it happened!! The strange part is we took weight off of these shelves, they came down because they were incorrectly installed! Lucky for her it didn't happen sooner!
I went back the next day and installed her shelving properly and arranged her clothes once again! Phew! I even made room to hang up a picture of her kids when they were babies. 😍

My advice is go through your closets and make sure the shelving is secure!!

As promised the end result of the 1/2 bath. Wallpaper removed, sanded, sanded, sanded. Paint and clean up! Looks so much better. Now just need to replace sink, mirror and lighting.

Alex on the GO learned a valuable lesson this week. ☺️
When spraying any liquid to take down wallpaper (I chose vinegar and water because its non-toxic) make sure you don’t get any on a light bulb. 😱
I was eye level with the bulb involved when I accidentally sprayed it and it exploded!! Luckily the hot shards only hit my chest and did not imbed themselves! They were hot though, so I have a little burn spot but it could have been SO much worse.
