I’m stepping back into coaching after a pause—a season where I was learning how to Be Still.
It was uncomfortable at times, a little scary even, but it taught me a lot.

Now I’m ready to do the thing I love most: just coaching.

I’m opening spots for 2–3 healthcare professionals who want support navigating stress, transitions, or one thing they really want to work on.

I feel like I need a picture of me wearing a red and white striped shirt, glasses and beret. Where's Megan? (...not Waldo). Answer: I've been soaking up an amazing season of learning to Be Still. Back in March I spoke at a conference, got my National Board Certification for Health and Wellness Coaching.... and thennnn, laid it all to the side.
Even though things were picking up, I realized I was too busy and missing... all kinds of things. Mainly my kids. So we had the most amazing summer adventuring together! I could actually be WITH them and not be so preoccupied and weary. There's still plenty to learn, but I'm on my way! Thank God!

I hope to get back in the game, slowly but surely in the coming weeks. So look out ya'll, Thrive RN is here to support YOU!

I am absolutely thrilled to announce I PASSED MY NATIONAL BOARD EXAM!!!!!
It's been a journey indeed, staring in Feb 2023 when this old lady went back to school at Duke. Then I started my own business, which is definitely next level for me.

I'm excited to see what the next chapter holds as I dream to come alongside other nurses (and healthcare professionals) who are constantly navigating layers of brokenness—caring for sick patients, working within a stressed and often dysfunctional system, and juggling personal struggles that don’t just pause when the shift starts.

1️⃣ Move your body. We’re made to move! Too much stillness can weigh on you mentally and physically. Even a simple walk can work wonders.

2️⃣ Get creative. Paint, draw, sculpt (yes, even with Play-Doh!), or journal. Tapping into the creative, right side of your brain can feel like a bubble bath for your mind.
