The thought that came to me at the beginning of practice today was, "I am deserving of love, peace, and happiness." Then, a little later, "I am deserving of the love I give to others." I held these thoughts as I moved through my practice. I flowed with my breath and as I did I told myself, "I am deserving of the love I give to others." You should try it! 💚

At the beginning of the week we headed back to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for my yearly follow up. Monday morning we woke to a beautiful, snow blanketed campus. On Tuesday I received the best new I have had in 7 years! The tests look good, no signs of new or concerning inflammation, and they are finally reducing my methotrexate dosage for the next 6 months. If everything goes well, then at the end of 6 months I will STOP taking the methotrexate! 🤞🏽Here's hoping I keep feeling good and everything looks good in 6 months!
