I remember when I first started, I went from being pretty much sedentary to going 3 days week, to 5 days a week, and now I go everyday. Its become an addiction. I promise to all of you having a hard tume getting started, just keep going, find something, some kind of activity that you love and just keep going. So many times I hear people, women specifically, mention their fear and hesitation to start attending a fitness class or going to the gym. People are afraid they will be noticed as a newbie, a beginner. That's okay though! I was in the same boat 4 years ago, heck even today-I'd love to start yoga, but am terrified I'll look foolish since I can barely reach my toes! It is OKAY to be a beginner, everyone is at one point. It is OKAY to ask for help and advice, that's the only way I'm where I am now. So swallow your fears and just start!!

Here's my 4 year transformation..with guidance from much more knowledgeable people than myself I've transformed my body and have learned how to live healthy. It looks like a huge difference in weight but its only about a 5 lb difference. What do I do? I eat healthy, I exercise regularly, I lift heavy...and yes occasionally I'll sit down to a tub of ice cream lol Transforming yourself takes determination, consistency, and BALANCE.
