This workshop, offered by Miri Klements and Tammy Schoolcraft, of Energetic Apothecary - Energy Alignment Studio, is for those who have lived as The Helper, Fixer, Responsible or Take Charge One – and who are ready to change that pattern.

Miri Klements will guide you through an exploration to
* Compassionately understand why and how this role developed
* Learn practical steps to begin unwinding and dissolving your patterns of over-responsibility
* Understand what it means to care without automatically over functioning and feeling responsible for everyone and everything,
* Learn how to self-regulate your nervous system
* Reclaim respect for your self, your needs and boundaries

Tammy Schoolcraft will join Miri during the closing meditation, and offer Biofield Tuning into the subtle energy field, that together will help the nervous system soften, release old imprints and patterns and support the activation of a new more balanced way of Being.

This is not about becoming less caring. It is about discovering how to care in a way that truly honors your self and another, without the need to automatically reach out and help.
