Are you the dependable one? The go to person? The one who cares and automatically says Yes, and holds it all together?
Maybe this role always felt natural. Maybe it even felt good to be seen as caring, kind, capable, and to be needed.

And now something is changing.
Automatically saying “yes” no longer feels like it used to. It feels heavier, uncomfortable.
The role that once felt so comfortable and right, now feels like a burden, an obligation.

This workshop, offered by Miri Klements and Tammy Schoolcraft of Energetic Apothecary - Energy Alignment Studio is for those who have lived as The Helper, Fixer, Responsible or Take Charge One – and who are ready to change that pattern.

Miri Klements will guide you through an exploration to
* Compassionately understand why and how this role developed
* Learn practical steps to begin unwinding and dissolving your patterns of over-responsibility
* Understand what it means to care without automatically over functioning and feeling responsible for everyone and everything,
* Learn how to self-regulate your nervous system
* Reclaim respect for your self, your needs and boundaries

Tammy Schoolcraft will join Miri during the closing meditation, and offer Biofield Tuning in the subtle energy field, that together will help the nervous system soften, release old imprints and patterns and support the activation of a new more balanced way of Being.

This is not about becoming less caring. It is about discovering how to care in a way that truly honors your self and another, without the need to automatically reach out and help.
It is about becoming more of your authentic self.
