On Saturday, January 31, 2026 from 8:30am-12pm, Carmel Baptist Church in Matthews, NC will host an event to encourage and support families who have a loved one with special needs. This educational/resource fair, entitled “Navigating Life Stage Transitions for Families with Special Needs,” will provide face-to-face opportunities for those who provide support to meet parents and caregivers who need encouragement, resources and guidance.

This event is offered to the community free of charge. Carmel Baptist Church is located at 1145 Pineville-Matthews Road, Matthews, NC 28105.ny

Inclement Weather

Dear Crossway Pediatric Therapy and Academy Community, we hope this message finds you well during this winter storm.

We want to inform you that all Crossway Pediatric Therapy locations, including AYN and Movement, as well as the Academy, will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, for the safety of our clients, students, administration, and dedicated staff.

Please rest assured that we are closely monitoring updates from the National Weather Service and will keep you informed about our plans for Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

In the meantime, we encourage you to stay warm and safe by following best practices for winter weather.

Together, we can navigate this challenging time, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back once conditions improve.
