It sounds simple and it sounds redundant but Sleep, Diet and Exercise are the three keys to life. Lets check each below:
- Sleep: just because you’re unconscious doesnt mean youre sleep. You should dream every night. Its a sign you are falling into deep sleep. Sleep is the ONLY time your body grows and heals.
- Diet: our tastebuds dictate what we eat. And guess what. The food industries know it. If it tastes amazingly good, its probably designed to. The reality is, we dont crave foods. We crave the chemicals that are put into foods. If we change what we eat, we will be able to control our cravings so much more. Crazy huh…
- Exercise: do you ever feel sluggish, mentally dull and worn out. Well that may be a factor of our inactivity. Certain hormones like Testosterone help with that. But they only release when your heart starts pumping to a certain level. But doing something everyday that gets us out of breath, we are improving our mental fatigue, irritability and even digestive issues.
