Last year we had the pleasure of serving Charlotte, NC with high quality injury and recovery services.

We were able to give a $1000 scholarship to a student entering the Physical Therapy field.

We engaged in community outreach and guest spoke at over 4 community events.

Our mission to bring Customer Service back to healthcare through Quality, Excellence and Service has been recognized with this award.

To be labeled as Best of 2025 out of a plethora of amazing facilities is an honor! It has been an honor to serve and continue to serve this community. Thank you for your support as we continue to build a healthier and happier community of people who have the confidence to experience life again!

This patient had their first connective positive interaction with PT at our clinic. The best part of this review is the patient calling me friend. Building that type of rapport with a patient is priceless.

It sounds simple and it sounds redundant but Sleep, Diet and Exercise are the three keys to life. Lets check each below:

- Sleep: just because you’re unconscious doesnt mean youre sleep. You should dream every night. Its a sign you are falling into deep sleep. Sleep is the ONLY time your body grows and heals.

- Diet: our tastebuds dictate what we eat. And guess what. The food industries know it. If it tastes amazingly good, its probably designed to. The reality is, we dont crave foods. We crave the chemicals that are put into foods. If we change what we eat, we will be able to control our cravings so much more. Crazy huh…

- Exercise: do you ever feel sluggish, mentally dull and worn out. Well that may be a factor of our inactivity. Certain hormones like Testosterone help with that. But they only release when your heart starts pumping to a certain level. But doing something everyday that gets us out of breath, we are improving our mental fatigue, irritability and even digestive issues.

Have you ever been nervous that you werent going to be the same after surgery?

If you have ever been through surgery you can understand the times where you feel hopeless. There are realistic times where you may feel that you made the wrong decision by having surgery. But with a team of good providers, there is always recovery at the end of the tunnel.

This patient suffered with shoulder pain for years but beared through it for the sake of playing golf. Finally, he had the surgery and with the support of RIM PT was able to successfully return to golf without having to change his swing.
