Hello! I am Emily Cosgrove, Owner/Director RN, of Tailored Home Care, Inc. and I have worked in the home care industry for over 11 years. While obtaining my undergraduate and nursing degree, I worked as a nursing assistant for 6 years then worked my way up to managing a large home care agency for over 3 years. After many years of planning, my goal of owning my own agency became a reality. I decided I wanted to bring a fresh face to the Charlotte, South Carolina and Asheville areas; one not restricted by the requirements of a franchise and more “tailored” to each individual client’s needs. My partner Joe and I live in Huntersville with our dog-children Jackson and Kahlua. As members of the Charlotte community we provide high quality, personalized services that focus on the needs of each individual family. Our daily inspiration draws mostly from interactions with our wonderful clients and the endless dedication of our compassionate staff.
