This year’s Charlotte brought together 500+ participants — our largest walk ever! A day filled with love, joy, and a shared commitment to spreading awareness and hope for mental health. 🌿

Today, NAMI Charlotte and NAMI Cabarrus came together at the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention’s Out of the Darkness Walk to honor lives, bring hope, and stand with our community 💜💙

We walk for healing.
We walk for those we love.
We walk to break stigma and show that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with courage, compassion, and love. Together, we continue building a future where hope lives and help is always within reach. 🕊️✨
