Exactly one year ago I had my first session at my new business. I knew how to give a killer massage, but had no idea how to run a small business. In the past year, I’ve embraced every challenge and learned so much along the way 🫶

Hey, amazing A-List Family! I’m Adrienne, the heart and hands behind A-List Massage Therapy out of the Greenapple Sports and Wellness office. 🌿 Whether you’re new here or have been with me for a while, I’m thrilled to reintroduce myself and share my passion for helping you feel your absolute best. 💫💆🏻‍♀️

I’ve been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2007. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients over the years including many athletes and active people gearing me to tailor my techniques to deep tissue, sports, injury rehabilitation and therapeutic massage modalities 🚴‍♂️🏈🏋️‍♂️

Welcome to A-List Massage Therapy!🪷
Opening May 9, 2024

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2007 and I’ve always worked for someone else. Earlier this year, I connected with the doctors at Greenapple Sports and Wellness and decided to take the plunge and work for myself out of their office. Being an athlete myself and specializing in therapeutic, deep tissue, sports and injury rehabilitation massage, the collaboration just felt right 🤩

I’ve been blessed with an amazing opportunity to do what I love in an environment that has been extremely kind and most importantly has faith in me and my ability to get people feeling their best 💪
