And just like that -- it is November! We are facing the beginning of a whirlwind holiday season and all the planning, joy, stress, moments, and memories that it comes with. Before we dive into the chaos, it might be the right time to simplify life. Declutter. Re-prioritize. Re-evaluate what has been easy, what has been hard, and what you can let go of.

6 Ways To Keep Your Strong:

1. Sleep: getting restful, replenishing sleep is key to staying healthy, happy, and energized. Lack of sleep depresses the immune system.

2. Stay hydrated: drinking enough water is super important. We are made up of more than 60% water. Drink at least 6-8 8oz glasses of water a day.

3. Eat a healthy, balanced diet: choose organic, non-gmo, nutrient-rich foods (seasonal, local veggies and fruits a bonus) and avoid processed foods and sugar, as they suppress your immune system. And definitely do not smoke ci******es or drink too much alcohol.

4. Exercise regularly: for added benefits, go outdoors in the fresh air and soak in some sunshine. Make it fun, consistent, and not overly strenuous.

5. Meditate: even for just 10 minutes. This is a great way to reduce stress by calming your nervous system. Deep breathing, yoga, or other methods that allow you to relax are great options too.

7. Spend time with those you love: we are naturally happier and healthier when we share meaningful connections with others.
