So many reasons to be grateful today…
Grateful for the way God designed the body.
Grateful that He created us with the ability to heal, adapt, and overcome.
Grateful that a fever isn’t failure — it’s intelligence.
Grateful that when the spine is aligned and the nervous system is clear, the body can do exactly what God created it to do.
Grateful that when we give the body the right fuel, the right rest, and the right support… it thrives.

I was talking today about a family with three kids running fevers. And instead of fear, I felt gratitude — because their little bodies know what to do.
Your body knows what to do.
Trust the design. Honor the Designer.
And take responsibility for the things you can control. 🙏
