As a Physical Therapist I love trail running for so many reasons. Not only is it a great way to get moving outside and connect with nature, it helps strengthen muscles and tendons in ways that we just can’t get with road running. While it’s easy to get bogged down with maintaining certain paces, I prefer to ignore the watch while on trails and just go based on effort. Running is fun. The trails help remind us of that.

Shout out to who leads at the Whitewater Center on Monday mornings. Great group to connect with whether you are experienced or just starting out.

I opened QCPT Physical Therapy in May 2024 with the goal of establishing an inclusive clinic that is supportive of the surrounding community. My name is Greg Kucharski. Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of QCPT Physical Therapy. I started QCPT to provide a haven for people looking to optimize their physical well being, without the constraints put on you by larger systems and insurance companies. PT tailored to you. A true collaborative approach. No referrals needed. You don’t even need to be “injured” to come in and be seen. Want to perform better? Hips feeling tight? Game plan your fitness goals for 2025? QCPT is the place for you.

Having graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2010, Greg has over 14 years experience working with runners, athletes, and weekend warriors. My goal is to keep you performing at your highest level, and not pull you out of the activities you love unless it is truly needed for a short period of time. Services include dry needling, manual therapy, performance and strength training, and video running gait analysis.
