We invite you to join us on March 14 at mass”Moss Counseling Services, for a powerful and transformative conversation on intergenerational trauma—how it shows up in our families, our relationships, and our communities.

Many of the patterns we struggle with today did not begin with us. They were shaped by survival, silence, systemic barriers, and unhealed wounds passed down through generations. This workshop will create a safe and supportive space to explore:

✨ What generational trauma is and how it manifests
✨ The emotional and behavioral patterns we inherit
✨ How trauma impacts parenting, relationships, and identity
✨ Practical tools to break unhealthy cycles and build healing legacies

Together, we will begin the work of overcoming the various patterns of fear, silence, shame, disconnection, and survival-based coping that no longer serve us.

This is more than a workshop — it’s a step toward freedom, awareness, and generational healing.

We are grateful for the opportunity to move forward and continue driving positive impact in our community. It was truly an honor to be a part of the amazing ASPIRE Inc. 2nd Annual Holiday Giveaway, which provided much-needed items to over 400 individuals across the Mecklenburg County jurisdiction.
