The sun is hitting just right as I’m getting ready to teach virtual yoga this morning for my cancer + body healing group: FEEL to HEAL (next one starts in April!)☀️☀️☀️

Re-connecting to the body and its need for movement is a necessary step to healing + reclaiming your body. Yoga is an excellent way to reconnect to the body and its magnificence + its ability to heal. 🧘🏻♀️✨🙏🏼
