WOMEN WHO HEAL

Marsha P. Johnson was a Black transgender activist who stood at the frontlines of the LGBTQ+ rights movement. But beyond activism, she created something powerful — community care.

She helped provide housing, safety, and support for unhoused trans youth.
She showed us that healing isn’t just personal — it’s collective.

True wellness means protecting the most vulnerable among us.

At LLC Wellness, we believe community care is healthcare.

🌱 March Into Growth! 🌱

Spring is around the corner, and there’s no better time to reconnect with nature and yourself. Gardening isn’t just about flowers and veggies—it’s a form of mindfulness. Digging your hands into the soil, planting seeds, and watching them grow can be incredibly grounding and healing.

This March, we encourage you to:
✨ Start a small garden—herbs, flowers, or veggies.
✨ Spend a few mindful minutes each day outdoors.
✨ Notice how nurturing plants can nurture your own well-being.

Remember: growth takes time, patience, and care—both in the garden and in life. Let’s bloom together this season! 🌸

🌿✨ Women Who Inspire: March Spotlight

This month, we’re celebrating women whose courage, creativity, and resilience motivate us all. From healers to changemakers, their stories remind us that every act of passion and purpose can spark positive change in our communities. 💜

Throughout March, we’ll be highlighting incredible women—sharing their journeys, achievements, and the ways they lift others up. Let’s honor their contributions, learn from their strength, and celebrate the power of women who inspire. 🌸

Who are the women motivating you this month? 💪

✨ Honoring Black Voices ✨

This Black History Month, we celebrate Langston Hughes—a poet and voice of the Harlem Renaissance. 🖤

Through poems like The Negro Speaks of Rivers, Hughes captured the Black experience with rhythm, truth, and soul. His words remind us that poetry can heal, uplift, and preserve stories that must be heard.

📖 Take a moment today to read a line from a Black poet and share what speaks to your heart.

As this Black History Month ends, let’s carry these voices forward.

Every step forward, no matter how small, counts. Keep this momentum going into next month!

✨ Honoring Black Voices Through Poetry ✨

This Black History Month, we celebrate Angela Harvey, author of Poetic Alchemy: Seven Intentions for Healing, Growth, and Transformation — a powerful collection designed to guide readers through healing and self-discovery.

In Poetic Alchemy, Angela shares poems born from her own transformative journey, centered around seven intentions: emotional identification, self-awareness, conversation, application, defining moments, word exploration, and self-expression.

Her work reminds us that poetry can be more than art — it can be a pathway to healing, clarity, and personal transformation. 🤎

If you’re on a journey of growth, this is a beautiful reminder that words truly have the power to transform.

✨ Honoring Black Voices Through Poetry ✨

This Black History Month, we celebrate the legacy of Toni Morrison (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0) — a Nobel Prize–winning author, editor, and professor whose voice shaped American literature.

Through novels like Beloved and her lyrical, poetic style, she explored identity, history, and the Black experience with deep compassion and truth. Her work opened doors for generations of Black writers and readers.

Her storytelling reminds us that words can heal, empower, and protect stories that must never be forgotten.

Take a moment today to read a line from a Black author, reflect, and share what speaks to your heart. 🤎
