Health is personal, and I can help you find the products you need to live the life you want. I love to cook and pride myself in putting healthy, homemade meals on the table for my family. While this sounds great in theory, it is easy to get overwhelmed and I began dreading the daily question of 'what's for dinner?' As a busy mom, I found myself running around with my son all day and then scrambling to get a good meal on the table each night. I recently began to understand the importance of the quality of food I was cooking. I wanted to reduce the amount of processed foods we were eating and begin feeding my family more natural, 'real' food. I am by no means perfect, but I try to make good choices the food that comes into my home. Not only can this get expensive, but it can get exhausting! That's why I was so excited to find Epicure. Epicure was founded on the premise that food should be natural, nutritious, delicious and easy to prepare - all at the same time.
