plot twist: eating well feels easy
Did you know your brain doesn’t like to do hard things? So if following Diet Plan X and Workout Program Y doesn’t fit seamlessly into your life, you’re going to naturally feel some resistance and likely count down the days til it ends. 🗓
And I hate to break it to ya, but if you don’t find a solution that feels simple and sustainable, it’s going to be a constant struggle for the rest of your life.
