Did you know your brain doesn’t like to do hard things? So if following Diet Plan X and Workout Program Y doesn’t fit seamlessly into your life, you’re going to naturally feel some resistance and likely count down the days til it ends. 🗓

And I hate to break it to ya, but if you don’t find a solution that feels simple and sustainable, it’s going to be a constant struggle for the rest of your life.

It’s totally common to bounce from one program or plan to another. Lack of knowledge around how your body actually works leads to frustration and feelings of burnout, so you throw in the towel or search for the next best thing.

Good news: there’s a road to optimal health that doesn’t involve confusion, cravings or counting. Instead, it embraces small strategies that you can effortlessly weave into your everyday life. (See my stories for samples.)

It’s these small, simple, science-backed hacks that can truly change your life because... they’re sustainable.

These tools work WITH your body, not against it. You can use them to control your hunger, energy and cravings so you feel equipped to ⬇️ stress and ⬆️ your metabolism which is right where you can lose weight without worry.
