This group isn’t about behavior charts or parenting hacks. It’s about you.
Motherhood already comes with an enormous mental load. Add ADHD (diagnosed or questioning), executive functioning challenges, sensory overload, and constant overstimulation? It’s a lot.
Inside this 8-week virtual group, we’ll explore:
