We have several positions open! Two (2) are leadership positions.

As a core Leadership Team member, the Administrative Director manages Human resources, hiring, and the Intake Department. This role optimizes data entry, supervises administrative staff, and identifies staffing needs to support the agency's holistic mission. This is currently a part-time position with potential to grow into a full-time position in the future. (Note: This position does not oversee billing.)

As a Master’s-level Licensed Mental Health Provider and Leadership Team member, you will provide clinical treatment while serving as Intern Coordinator. Responsibilities include building academic partnerships and recruiting, supervising, and training students during field experiences. You will maintain a reduced caseload while collaborating with Operations and Clinical Directors to support agency growth and student development.

Essential to program efficiency and compliance, this in-office role ensures accurate documentation and audit readiness. You will provide administrative support to Peer Support Specialists and coordinate crisis assistance for members when their primary provider is unavailable. This position delivers vital operational support to maintain the integrity of our Peer Support Services. This is an in-office position between 30-40 hours.

As a Master’s-level Licensed Mental Health Provider, you will provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Key duties include maintaining ethical documentation, developing expert treatment plans, and participating in monthly agency training. This flexible role (Contract/W-2, FT/PT) offers in-office and virtual options for NC-licensed clinicians with active liability coverage and a commitment to holistic care. This is a hybrid position.

Join our holistic team as a Contract Massage Therapist. Provide therapeutic bodywork supporting emotional healing within our "HH Family" model. You will promote services and recruit clients while maintaining an active state license and at least five weekly hours.
