If I had to start Prolific Bodywork all over again, I’d do a few things differently.

Not because the journey was wrong but because experience teaches you what actually matters when building a business.

Early on I learned that:
• trying to serve everyone slows your growth
• consistency in marketing matters more than perfection
• client education builds trust
• boundaries protect your energy
• and skill alone doesn’t build a sustainable business

Every lesson helped shape the practice I have today.
