Discovery Chiropractic & Wellness Center is excited to introduce Gentle Wellness Yoga, led by , YT-200, Chiropractic Physician and Certified Yoga & Mobility Instructor.

This slow-paced class bridges clinical care with mindful movement and is designed to:
• Support spinal mobility
• Respect joint health
• Improve body awareness
• Promote long-term wellness
