To get you ready to quit smoking, I have been giving you tools to make it a successful quit day.

Here is another way to keep you on track and not to go back to smoking.

The average person spends approximately $10.00 a day on ci******es. That is $3650. a year. Plus, when you buy the pack or two, you also add gum or other non-essential items adding more money to your costs. Have you added the amount you spend or do you look the other way. Not any more.

Start to think about the ways you will truly reward yourself with the $3650 dollars. Will it be a vacation? Paying off bills? Buying yourself some clothes that do not smell like old, stale ci******es?

When you quit, you will have more money, more free time to do things that are good for you.

It's your decision to decide what will you do with that found money.

You are 8 days away from the Great American Smoke-out.

One of the biggest reasons that people don't quit is that they don't have a backup plan. A way to deal with the cravings or stress. These tools will help you make it happen.

When you quit, your body goes through a cleansing progress. It starts to clean out the ni****ne and the tar. The ni****ne is quick, usually 3 to 5 days, the tar that has been lining your lungs takes about 12 to 18 months. Here's the thing, you will feel the difference in your breathing and your tastes because of your bodies amazing healing process.

How to help your body and wash away those "crazy thoughts of smoking" is to drink a glass of warm water and lemon. Yup, it's sour, but the lemon takes away the cravings and it also helps to clean your body.

In 9 days with Great American Smoke-out will be here. If you are ready to quit, have tried and failed, there's still hope. You just didn't have the right tools.

For day 9 here is another tool that can help you to quit and stay a non-smoker.

When you "think" you need a cigarette, instead take 4 deep breaths and as you exhale, tell yourself you are releasing the thoughts and breathing in confidence.

Do this as many times as needed throughout the day and you will see the difference.

November 20th is the Great American Smoke out. If you have tried quitting before. That means you haven’t given up. This time, you’re not alone. 💪

For the next 10 days I will be posting helpful hints to help you not only prepare to quit smoking, but I will also have a Live Online event at 3 different times to help you quit for good.

Today's Monday Motivation is - Write down all your reasons why you want to quit. Your health, the people, the money, and not being a slave to ci******es.

Part 2 is - how will your life look as a non-smoker. Your health, the extra $4000 to $8000 extra cash a year, how will the people look at you, and what will it feel like not being a slave to ci******es, hiding, lying, using all those items so you don't smell?

When you are done, look at it everyday. Start to get yourself mentally prepared to win!
