Sign up for the FREE webinar on Wednesday, August 18th from 3-4 pm CT titled "Zooming in to Demystify the Adult Neurological Assessment."

This webinar, presented by the members of the AANN Neuroassessment Task Force, will discuss the importance of developing a standard neurological assessment for the adult hospitalized patient that can be used by nurses from all specialties.

The AANN Charlotte Chapter will be having its second volunteer opportunity on Saturday January 12th from 9am-11am at Crisis Assistance Ministry in Charlotte. We will be helping in the Free Store Production sorting donated items; inspecting, sizing and hanging clothing; and stocking the Free Store. Family and friends are well to come, minimum age requirement is 5 years old. It is also a great way for teenagers to gain some volunteer hours for their college applications.
The Free Store, located at 500-A Spratt Street, Charlotte, provides donated clothing, shoes, and household items all at no charge to families in need, so that people can use their limited resources on other necessities.
Hope to see all 26 of you there on Saturday morning!

Charlotte Chapter updates:
We had a great turn out for our November chapter meeting at Rooster's. Look for an email this week containing information about our December meeting. We will be taking nominations for 2019 board members.

The Charlotte chapter will be participating in a service event January 12, 2019 from 9am-11am. We will be volunteering at Crisis Assistance Ministry, look for additional information in our next email.

Don't forget to vote online for 2019 AANN leadership, deadline is tomorrow. You will need your membership number to log in.
