Yoga: Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility, balance, and overall physical and mental health. There are many different types of yoga, from gentle restorative yoga to more challenging power yoga. You can follow along with a yoga video online or attend a yoga class at your local gym or studio.

Recipe for making Greek yogurt

Ingredients:

4 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of plain yogurt (with live and active cultures)

Instructions:

1. Heat the milk on medium heat, frequently stirring to prevent it from burning.
2. Heat the milk to 180°F (82°C) while stirring, then remove from heat and let it cool to 110°F (43°C).
3. In a small bowl, mix the 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt with 1/2 cup of warm milk. Stir well.
4. Add the yogurt mixture to the pot with the rest of the warm milk, stirring well.
5. Cover the pot with a lid and wrap it with a thick towel or blanket to keep it warm.
6. Let the mixture sit warmly for 8-12 hours until it thickens into yogurt.
7. Once the yogurt has been set, strain it through a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer for a few hours until it reaches your desired thickness.
8. Transfer the yogurt to a container and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

That's it! You can enjoy your homemade Greek yogurt as is, or add some honey, fruits, granola, or other toppings.
